Clash Between two Groups Clean-Up by Police

Berhampur:The instant case was registered following a written of Complt SK. Litu, 22 years, S/o. late Sk. Nilamani, of village. Digapahandi , Sahani Sahi PS. Digapahandi, District.Ganjam that on 10.09.2021, at about 7.30 PM night violent clash broke out between two groups of Dengaosta under Patapur and Digapahandi Police station limit, leaving 5 persons were injured.Report said, Suddenly started quarrel with each other and both the groups assaulted each other by means of Lathi, Iron road , sharp cutting knife and on the point of country made Auto Pistol on NH-326 Digapahandi- Podamari road near GRIDCO Electric office.
During investigation, 5 noted accused persons have been identified as Ganesh Dora (24) Susanta Kumar Sahu (25) Milan Dora (24) R. Susanta Dora (26) and Kureshu Sethi (26) all are of Village of Dengaosta P.S- Patapur and other 4-5 are still absconding from the spot. Police have seized one Country made Pistol with two rounds live ammunitions, one sharp cutting knife, one blood stained silver chain, and Five Nos Motor cycles.
The above noted five accused persons have been arrested and forwarded to the Court today i.e. Wednesday after observing all formalities. The investigation of the case is under progress.
