Shara;Ohh start from here ? Okay I Ms Sarah Sharma, DOB: 23rd July 1983.My Mother Smt.Renuka Sharma,Pappa;Prof (Dr),GS Sharma and am the only Daughter residence of Sambalpur Odisha.
Manoj; Your educational background Please (?).
Sarah; I am a Student of Arts during the year 2000-03 from SB Women’s College, Cuttak.
Manoj;What makes you Unique (?).
Sarah; Me (!!!)… only Study during my entire career.
Manoj Why do you want to be a IPS Officer (?)
Sarah; If I (?)…Wait and See.
Finally I could able to touch my goal and challenge with my commitment to my parents and during the year 2010 I became an IPS Officer Odisha cadre.
Manoj; Your postings are ; (?).
Sarah; I went for IPS training and after that I was posted at Bolangir, subsequently SDPO,Aska in Ganjam district. ASP,Angul for six month during 2014, SP,Deogarh nearly 2 years, Principal Police Training Institute for six months,SP,BPSA and from 13th Feb,2019 at Gajapati SP till continuing.

Sarah; To appear UPSC my parents given me enough moral courage and supported to my serious study which I took as challenge.
Manoj; What interest you about your role (?).
Sarah; My interest inspired mainly as I am the only child and my Daddy and Mummy both having a great hope on me so I decided to prove my talent here. More over during my UPSC preparation the support from my Teacher and friends are more uncourageous in my Study.
Manoj ; Motive (?)
Sarah; If I success of my dream, even I got some good positing in my state I shall discharge not only my official assignment but also something new and good for the Society.
Manoj; Why you like with the current Job (?).
Sarah; Once I told after my success if I got any posting in Odisha I shall do some other remarkable work for the backward people.
Manoj; What is your greatest strength (?).
Sarah; My greatest strength mainly my work assignment and the people of Odisha with my limit.
Manoj; What is your greatest weakness (?).
Shara; As you know every day there is news items of Minor Girl abuse in our Nation how to fight and STOP. Really That makes me very much Upset if such type of News was Noticed. In addition Rape victim and destitute.
Manoj; Kind of Punishment (?).
Sarah; Only Jail and if necessary Hang to Death..
Manoj ; your Hobby; Classical Hindustani Vocal,playing Guitar and well trained. For this I have my Guru,Dance,Plantation and Yoga awareness.
Manoj; What you hate (?).
Sarah; “I hate those people who lie.
Manoj; Mam,but you didn’t say any about your Food Choice (?).
Sarah;My Food choice is only Home made less oily and healthy food.
Manoj; few days back a Video was viral that you sang a own song about women’s awareness “AMA SHE TEAM” (We are SHE TEAM) and that was so popular I have seen many tweets including Chief Minister of Odisha and D.G Police. Yes I am impressed and posted the same in our Odishabarta.
Sarah; true for release of that particular Song “She Team” It was my voice and you know in studio the producer taken the song recorded in one take .
