Callousness on Dilapidated Road Construction:Hazards to Borne Maternity Care Regular in Gajapati
Paralakhemundi (Bhagabat Padhi): Hazardous situation at plank in Gajapati district,where maternity care on taboos rather for transportation care deprived.Due to lack of proper road communication,situation aggravated seriously rather.At most interior parts of the district such hectic situation is streaming where those maternity care women hardly to reach in time at hospital in time.This flashed as regular news.
Similar situation geared at Sitanagar village of Tarangada panchayat of Gumma block where an woman felt pain. So through 108 no ambulance called. But due to deteriorated road that ambulance could not reach at village & stranded 4 kms away from village. Villagers shouldered that woman to road point.From there she had been taken to district headquarter hospital at Paralakhemundi.Several times villagers knocked for road construction but failed. This seemed callousness of both elected PRI representatives & administration. More so lack of coordination is the consequences of such apathy situation at Gajapati.Only once in election time those elected representatives presence felt but later who is who as sterio type as present style of democracy.One can’t value democracy if such hooliganism on development scenarios continued. Rather people are the mere spectators to see demerits of democracy.With such hazard situation we completed 77 years of independence.We feel shame to value as voters where sufferings at hue & cry. These are all lacking proper planning & formation of road map of concrete problem & issues.
