Ganjam:- On Friday at about after evening a Business man and his Brother have been abducted with gun point at Puintolla Chowk under Ganjam Police limit according to villagers.
Soon the incident spread over in Village and nearby villagers they blockade the National Highway both side for many hours. But getting the information immediately Police taem rush to the spot to clear the National Highway
Police could able to manage to clear The NH Blockade (raasta rook) Ganjam Police team has been cleared. The traffic flow is normal now. There is no traffic jam at present.
Investigation of the case is going on. The additional SP Sh Ajay Mishra and Sh Sangram Keshari Behera are monitoring the situation and supervising the investigation. Different teams under the leadership of SDPO, Chatrapur; IIC, Ganjam; IIC, Chatrapur and IIC, Chamakhandi are investigating the case.

During filing it just informed that, The duo were found at Vishakapatnam While police started their probe into the matter it ascertained that during preliminary investigation in the issue, it has been found that on 21.07.23 night, two persons under Ganjam PS area were taken into custody by Karanataka Police officials. They had taken the two persons to Visakhapatnam on the same night and stayed there.
Ganjam police teams have reached in Visakhapatnam where karnataka Police officials were present with the two persons of Ganjam PS area. All have gone to the local police station at Visakhapatnam for further paper work.
