When the footprint apprised to the General Manager Sailab Gupta,ITS he said as per the direction from policy maker we have engaged some franchisee in different area other than some all are doing well and giving better service incase of any complaint from any of the subscribers. It’s our assumption the franchisee for those area creating technical disturbances with MSO device and that may be problem. Very soon we are installing our own MSO to provide stable service to our esteemed subscribers and we are very much sincere for these affected areas in particular.
Attending us Gupta said, “I know this but what can I do if someone is blackmailing us (?).But our first priority to streamlining the areas are frequently affected like DIG Office,SP Office, District Judge court etc..very soon we are cancelling his authorisation and finding some alternative than we shall sue FIR under the law of violation of essential services act”.
