Instead of taking action he replied to take the same certificate.Whiie interacted with Chief District Medical Officer Gajapati, Dr. Md. Mubarak Ali he said he,too,acknowledged about such matters.He will enquire over such issue. Corruption spree world streaming agony where common or daily wage earners not left on such drastic bargaining. Unless severe punishment not done this will go on fuel like deadly stream, saying locals.
