BLOOD DONATION & PLEDGE FOR ORGAN DONATION CAMP HELD AT BARI IN JAJPUR

6th Foundation day & Death anniversary day of late Bishnupriya Devi celebration
JAJPUR:A mega blood donation & Pledge for Organ donation drive upon death was being held on Tuesday at Jaleswarbrahmpur Nodal Primary School , in Kimbhiriapal Panchayat under Bari block Organised by the Bishnu Priya Charitable Trust (BCT) on its 6th foundation day Celebration and Death Anniversary of Bishnupriya Devi.
Following with all Covid19 guidelines BCT with the joint Coordination of Jiban Bindu,Odisha Mo-Pariwar ,Red Cross, Cuttack wing and District Blood Unit, Jajpur & a valuable Support of all donors here on the camp. Total 136 Units of blood Collected and sent to Red Cross.Interested Persons have pledged to donate their Organs against death.
Trilochana Bhuyan, a family member of freedom Fighter had inaugurated the blood donation Camp while Dr. Pravas Ch. Acharya , President All India Organ Society had inaugurated the Pledge of Organ donation drive in the Morning Session of the day. Dr. Acharya advised all to donors “Why our medical students able to develop their researches in further anatomical studies”.
Besides them Debendra Das , Coordinator Bari BJD , Ashok Samal ,Zilla Parishad Member , Santosh Samal ,Sarapanch Balibili , Kedar Samal , Sarapanch Chandanpur,T.Rojalin Shanti, Sarapnch- Dharpur, Ratnakar Sahoo, Head Master of this School, Ajay Kumar Jena ,IIC Bari Police and others were Present and encouraged the donors .
Bimal Das, State Coordinator Jiban Bindu and husband of Late Bishnupriya Devi said in his statement ‘His main aim is no one in our state will die due to short of blood. He also donated his 50thblood unit in favour his wife he added to his voice.
Apart from these Services the Organisation had felicitated the People attached in different areas of our Society along with media persons also. An exhibition of different types of News Print in the Second Session of the day was held by invited guests.
Prince Nanda, Secretary of BCT shared the annual details of the trust and assured BCT always tries to give its full efforts in every field and needs blessing.
