BLOOD DONATION CAMPORGANISED BY TALCHER YOUTH BJD

TALCHER:A mega voluntary blood donation camp was organized by Talcher Biju Janata Dal youth wing at Jagannath Kala Kendra,south Balanda, Talcher.
Talcher MLA Brajakishore Pradhan .inaugurated the camp and said donation of blood is a noble cause for everyone, because a drop of blood may save a life at the time of need. Periodically donation of blood keeps a man fit and healthy. He praises.Each and every members and office bearers for their dedication forwards common man’s interest at the time of COVID19 pandemic.
This blood donation camp will solve the need of the patients of S.D. Hospital, Talcher upon which the needy patients from Pallahara, Kamakhyanagar, Talcher and part of Angul will be hugely benefitted. By organizing such a noble Programme by Youth BJD is very much appreciated and encouraged the camp organizers of this locality to organize camps in their areas. Blood donors around the sub division, came to the camp and donated blood with courage. The camp started from 9.30 am and with the help of the staffs of ODISHA BLOOD BANK, S.D.Hospital, Talcher one hundred thirty one (131) units of blood were collected. Angul Dist.BJD President Mahendra Bastia,BJD Youth leader Rajesh Das,Amav Singh,Youth wind resident Dinesh Pradhan,Jiban Bindu co-coordinator Shakti Pattnayak,talcher Surakhya Mancha President Muralidhar sahoo,talcher Block President Santosh Pradhan,Dillip Pradhan and Khirod Sahoo were present to encourage the blood donors.
