Biju Health Card not Meeting Purpose for Patient

Paralakhemundi-Naveen Patnaik introduced Biju health Card to meet financial support for those needy. But this yet to meet minimum needs. As an incindence one Jhunu Paik is suffering from cancer on her face. She was under treatment at MKCGMedical College, Brahmapur on 21st March 2021.Doctors referred her to Cuttack Acharya Harihar Cancer Institute. But she could not get bed there. Rather with her own expenses of one & half lakhs by outside for 45 days. Due to declare of lock down she expensed another 25 thousands by car to go to Cuttack. There too she did not seem progress of her health. Again admittes at HCG-Panda Cancer hospital. For 5 days she paid 15000.Due to financial crisis she shown her health card to authority. But no response from authority for further treatment. So she returned back to home & under herbal treatment now.
Her husband Antaryami Paik retorted that as daily wage earner he is unable to support for treatment & was expecting all support from administration but all in vein. He is yet to get Biju Pucca house too. In a zinc sheeted roof they are staying. Nobody turning up his cacophony he shocked.
