Berhampur Police Crack Water meters  theft  four  arrested by Badabazar PS

Berhampur,( 04/1/26):Badabazar PS arrested 4 persons, aged 19-21, from Berhampur and Uttar Pradesh, for stealing water meters.

 They were caught with 14 stolen meters, a scooty, and a mobile phone. The accused were produced in court on 04.01. 2025.22 hours ago.

The accused persons those detained;

1. Laba Nayak @ Kalia (19 years), S/O- Late. Ramesh Nayak of village- Langaladei, PS- Digapahandi At/Pr- Jagabandhu Sahi, Main Road, 

2. Sanu Dalabehera (21 years) S/O- Late Guru Dalabehera of village-Rajama Sahi, Old Berhampur, and

3. Shiv Kumar Gupta (19 yrs), S/o: Late Sitala Prasad Gupta of Madhurampur, PS: Chouri Bazar, Dist: Bhadohi, State: Uttarpradesh, At/Pr: Sankarpur Sahi, all are of PS: Bada Bazar, Berhampur, Dist: Ganjam,

along with one juvenile of Ganesh Nagar Main road were arrested

Police seized 14 nos of stolen water meters,  TVS Jupiter Scooty vide Regd No OD-07-R-8742 used in the crime and one VIVO V40E Mobile phone has been seized in this case.
