BERHAMPUR POLICE ARRESTED SIX PERSONS FOR EXTORTING PERSONS AT GUNPOINT

BERHAMPUR,04/09/20:On Friday BN Pur Police on Friday arrested six persons for extorting from persons at gunpoint.
SDPO,B(City),B.Pati said a group of professional anti-socials were active for last few months in city keeping in the advantage of Corona pandemics. Recently they played their tournament (Crime) and did Extortion at the point of mouser to one Sambhudatta Roula Manager of a cement brick factory at Lanjipalli,in city.BN Pur Police team very tactfully arrested all around 13 Hrs on Friday.
According to Pati,they have long crime record in past at different police stations which is under investigation.
The accused are identified Susanta Bisoi of Dhipasahi,Kalu Jena of Ankuli,and Kalia Satpathy of Hillpatna are forwarded by BN Pur PS for Charges of Extortion and forwarded to court. Police also seized one Scooty (JUPITER) with Cash from their possession.
In an another crime incident accused Kailash Behera was forwarded for in connection of committing theft of mobile phones dramatically from one of the attendant of a patient at NICU ward of MKCGMCH on 1st Sept at about 12.30 PM. Baidyanathpur PS nicely able to arrest the accuse and the mobile phones Vivo and Red MI Android phones was recovered.
