Berhampur Cyber Police returned  Lost  Mobile Phones to rightful Owner

BERHAMPUR,(27/01.2026):In a significant effort to Berhampur Police held a special distribution event today i.e. on 27.01.2026 at the C.C. & E.O. Police Station. On behalf of the Superintendent of Police, Berhampur, the Addl. Superintendent of Police, Sri Alok Kumar Jena (OPS-I), and Dy. Superintendent of Police, Sri A.K. Panda (OPS), handed over 71 recovered smartphones and iPhones to their original owners.

1281 complaints received at Office of Superintendent of Police,Berhampur

& Cyber Police, Station Berhampur during the year so far.

As per direction of Superintendent of Police, Berhampur Cyber Police Station, Berhampur held  a special driver from the month of June-25 to December-25 consisting of  Inspector Mr. S.Panda , along with the dedicated team under close Supervision of S. P, Berhampur worked in coordination with Mobile Service providers  and other agencies to trace the devices and succeeded in recovery of 307 mobile phones. Steps being taken for recovery of rest mobile phone which to be handed over to the rightful owners.

complaints and works with local Police Stations to carry out

recovery operation.
