BERHAMPUR-COORDINATION MEETING BETWEEN POLICE AND THE POOJA COMMITTEE

Berhampur: Aimed Durga Puja a cooprdination meeting was conducted between Police and the Pooja committee members of Berhampur town at Gosaninuagan police station on Friday.
Do’s & Don’ts of organising the Pooja pandals, timings of cultural program , volunteers identification, installation of CCtVs , Traffic diversion and other issues were discussed.
SP Berhampur,Mr Saravana Vivek M., Rajib Lochan Panda, SDPO town , Suresh Tripathy IIC of Town, Prashant Bhupati,IIC Badabazar, Ram Chandra Murmu,IIC, BNpur , Ms.Smurtiprabha,IIC Gosaninuagan and SubramanyumPradhanTraffic PSs were present.
Pooja pandals organisers were instructed to put up CCTVs , not to organise cultural programs after 10 PM, and maintain a list of volunteers and share it with respective police stations.
