BeMC, Berhampur Celebrate “Swachhata Movement Day”

BERHAMPUR:On Friday the Berhampur Municipal Corporation has organised “Swachhata Movement“ day.
On this occasion initiative given a wonderful opportunity was open for citizens, organisations like hotels, market accusation, hospitals, RWAs and Gov. Offices and students participation and they directly involved as a part of the initiative to raise awareness on the importance of cleanliness through Citizen Engagement for Swachh Survekshan 2021.
On this occasion, Chandrasekhar Sahoo, Member of Parliament, Bikram Panda,MLA,Berhampur,Collector Ganjam,Vijay Amruta Kulange , Chairman,OB & OCWW and BeMC,Commissioner,Sidheswar Baliram Bondar have grace the function as guest.
Various activities are undertaken during the Swachhata Movement. Thisinitiative will be carried out to ensure cleanliness of the city and to raise awareness among citizens of Berhampur for Swachha Survekshan 2021.
The activities like,Jagrutiplay for creating awareness about SS-2021,Mascot Logo Merchandise the things being inaugurated by M.P and MLA,Berhampur.Prizes distributed to best cleanliness maintained to best cleaned market, Swachha RWAs.Hotels,Hospitals,best innovations and online drawing and speech to School students and finally Pledge by the guest.
