DELHI:All 32 accused in Babri mosque demolition were acquitted today by CBI court.  Babri Mosque case had happened long back on December 6, 1992 in Ayodhya. All big names were involved like LK Advani, Dr. MM Joshi, Uma Bharati, Binay Katiyar, Sadhvi Rithambara and many others. It was a big case at that time even now people are remembering that horrific act. Anyways, in-between Supreme Court has pronounced verdict favoring Hindu wings to build a Ram Temple in Ayodhya. Today, the judge SK Yadav said in his verdict that the demolition took place at that point of time was spontaneous and not planned. And the structure was demolished by anti-social elements and the role of all these accused was not found directly or indirectly. It also said that Ashok Singhal and other Sangh parivar leaders had tried their best to save the structure as Ram Lalla statue were inside. Despite inputs from local intelligence bout unexpected sequence may happen, no action was being taken by the administration. The court said there is no conclusive evidence against all these accused. As complained that a meeting was held in Vinay Katiyar’s house where few accused were present and conspiracy was raised to demolish the structure was not substantiated, moreover the vdo cassettes were presented as evidence were not sealed and the picture w sot clear, hence, the same cannot be relied upon with confidence. Negatives of photographs were not given by CBI despite the fact all these were available with the agency. Many reactions have come after this verdict from both the parties of this case. In a reaction, LK Advani said, Jay Sri Ram, Sadhvi Rithambara also has shown her happiness and said now they are free from false allegation given against them after such a long time. When Owasis was contacted by media, he said this judgment satisfied the collective consciousness of hindutva and its followers and ideology. He also goes on to say, he wondered how the court said that there was no conspiracy. It is evident that Masjid was demolished. All-India Muslim Personal Law Board’s members have also shown their displeasure over this verdict. This verdict definitely carries mixed reaction from all the corners as seen in TV.  Law has given everyone their right to ask for justice. It is more likely that other party may approach the higher court against this verdict.
