Attempt to Murder over Property

Berhampur:As we know that a property can be divided into two parts, movable or immovable property. Any offences committed related to the property whether movable or immovable will be punishable under the provision of India Penal Code.
According to information from ASP,Berhampur,Prabhat Routray, the accused Persons G.Mohan Rao and his younger brother G.Sanakar Rao armed with ‘Kati’ trace passed into Sub Registrar office Digapahandi and attacked their Relatives B.Narayn Rao,B.Jyoti and M.Sarada with an ill intention to kill in life relating to property disputes.
Tuesday the accused identified as G.Mohan Rao of village.Podamari under Patrapur police station has been arrested by the Digapahandi police against the case No-81/dtd.6th April,2021 and being charged U/S-450/323/324/307/34IPC in Digapahandi PS Case No-81 dt.6.4.2021.On 5.4.2021 and the weapons of offence two Billhooks’ (Katura) stained with blood have been seized. Investigation is On, ASP said.
