Annual Entrepreneurship Conclave at Utkal Alumina
Rayagada : With a focus on empowering communities and driving inclusive growth, Utkal Alumina, a subsidiary of Hindalco Industries Limited of Aditya Birla Group hosted Annual Entrepreneurship Conclave, under Project UDYAMEE on 27th July 2024 at NuapadaClub House in Tikiri, Rayagada.
The event witnessed an impressive turnout of 283 entrepreneurs from various sectors, reflecting the growing enthusiasm and commitment to entrepreneurial development in this tribal hinterland.
Started on 16th June 2021, Project Udyamee, an initiative of Utkal Alumina in association with EDII for entrepreneurship promotion through rural incubation model has successfully produced 310 entrepreneurs ahead of its time in3 years.
Mr. Rabi Mishra, Unit Head, Utkal Alumina presided as the Chief Guest for the event in the presence Mr. Bijay Kumar Sahu, GM RIC, Rayagada, Mr. Kanhu Charan Sahu, CFME DIC, Rayagada, Mr Siba Mahapatra, Cluster CSR Head, Ms Lopamudra Mishra, Utkal Alumina CSR Head, Ms Niharika Sahu, Mines CSR Head and EDII members.
The conclave offered the entrepreneurs a platform to present their ideas and receive constructive feedback. Additionally, numerous networking opportunities allowed participants to connect with the Team of Utkal Alumina and EDII fostering potential collaborations and partnerships for future growth.
