Ambedkar Jayanti Celebrated at NTPC Talcher Kaniha

Talcher:The 130th birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr. B.R Ambedkar was celebrated at Talcher Kaniha on April 14, 2021.

Shri Sudip Nag, Chief General Manager, Talcher Kaniha, Shri Shivam Srivastava, GM (O&M), Shri. Rajnish Rastogi, GM (HR) and present NTPC employees and members of Unions, Association and Welfare bodies gave floral tribute to the Father of Indian Constitution. Shri Sudip Nag, in his address, while paying homage to Baba Saheb, said that he fulfilled the objective of achieving higher goals even in difficult circumstances and we all should take inspiration from his life.

To celebrate the day, bicycles were given to school going girls under CSR. The programme was held to commemorate the legacy of Dr. Ambedkar, observing all COVID19 precautionary measures.
