Through this scheme, the basic tenet of democracy will be strengthened even at village level. In an Aspirational district like Rayagada the scheme is meant to percolate down to the last person in the village. Cultural renaissance and digital empowerment in tribal communities are need of the hour. Rayagada will certainly show the way”, said Singh, who also extended vote of thanks to the august gathering.
