Paralakhemundi- Ahimsha Rath entered from Rayagada district received at border of Gajapati district.Later on that vehicle moved to Kashinagar block.From Kashinagar block then reached at Gosani block. From Gosani block at 3.45pm on Wednesday reached near forest gate at Paralakhemundi.ZP President TGRao, Collector Gajapati Lingaraj Panda,SP Jayram Satpathy,ADM Sangramsekhar Panda, Sub Collector Alok Pradhan,Chairperson of Paralakhemundi Municipal Council Nirmala Sethy, Executive Officer of Paralakhemundi Municipality Jubilee Charan Behera & other district officials with elected representatives were present.Besides that students & teachers from different schools also present .At Biju Kalyan Mandap a meeting organized. Presided by Nirmala Sethy, Chairperson of Paralakhemundi Municipal Council among others ZP President TGRao, ADM Sangramsekhar Panda, Executive Officer of Paralakhemundi Municipality Jubilee charan Behera, Retd. Administrator Mahapatra,Vice Chairman of Paralakhemundi Municipality Lenka Madhu graced on dias. Speakers highlighted role of freedom fighters to bring independence. Further role of freedom fighters of undivided Ganjam district who too sacrificed their lives. This vehicle will move all 7 blocks to impart on messages of our freedom to reach all corners.
