Accused Sentenced for 20 Years for Molested to Minor Girl

Paralakhemundi,( 21/12/25):At Paralakhemundi Model Police Station premises one minor girl had been kidnapped & molested. A case registered at concerned police station. Accordingly Addl.District Judge Bibhu Prasad Panda sentenced one Bammidi Balu alias Bala for 20 years imprisonment & Rs.10000 fine.In case of non-payment of fine 6 months more jail sentenced. For that victim Court instructed to pay ₹4 lakhs.On behalf of Government Public Prosecutor R Janardhan Rao presented his argument.
As per information on 26th February 2024,that minor girl went to tution & did not return. Her parents searched but could not find her. That accused Bala taken by a car & thrown away from car. As a result that girl injured.This has been informed by incharge PP Rajesh Kumar Mishra
