Accused on Murder given Life Imprisonment

Paralakhemundi- On a traumatic incident one Bipra Mallick (50) accused of a murder given life imprisonment with a bond of Rs. 15000 penalty. If not paid 6 months more imprisonment will be as punishment.

As a matter of fact one Jayanti Mallick (25),an woman of Keheliguda under Mohana police station,was working as cook at Kujeki school.On 11th September 2017, While she went to near tube well for cleaning utensils after MDM,her neighbourer Bipra Mallick attacked on her forehead on backside.Then & there she fallen & died. Her brother reported at Mohana police station. Investigation team traced out that long days conflict between 2 neighbors was found & Bipra used to threaten Jayanti to kill. A case (17/113)was registered at Mohana police station.Later on at District Sessions Judge Court,Paralakhemundi,as per ST-6/18 case started. With 26 witnesses presented & other certificates submitted to Court.Advocate of accused had a plea that Bipra is a mentally disordered which quashed by Court. Rather by Public Prosecutor argument above judgement given by Satyapira Mishra, District Sessions Judge.On behalf of government Sarat Chandra Pradhan & for accused Harekrushna Patra lodged on this case.
