Accuse Person Convicted & Sentenced to Life Imprisonment

Berhampur,13/04/2023:Man Budu Malan forcibly committed sexually intercourse was Convicted and Sentenced to Undergo Rigorous imprisonment for Lifer on today. The case been handled by an eminent advocate Mr Mohan Sigari,Berhampur.

This case in context of Golothara Police case no- 31,2015 a case was registered against Budu Malana of Village  Govinda Nagar who assaulted a girl and forcibly committed sexually intercourse with her.

Basis on the written report from parents of the victim Golonthara Police started investigation and Harihara Pani,Ex SDPO taken the charge of Investigating officer  and arrested the accuse Budu Malana  U/S 341/323/506/376(2)(n) IPC/Section 04/08 of POCSO Act/Section 03(2)(v) SC and ST (PoA) Act.

After completion of investigation final Charge sheet been submitted against Budu Malana before the Honable’.court . After long trial from the year2015 today the Honbale’ court Sentenced for Lifer to the accuse person.

Here we would like to recall the instance (From our File) that, on dated 2.4.15 at 11AM on the written report of complainant the above noted case was registered.

The complainant alleged that on 2.4.2015 at 5.30 AM she along with her cousin sister victim left their house riding a bicycle on Palli Panada road.

While returning at 6.45 AM one Budu Malana of her village detained them, caught hold of her dress, pushed them as a result they both fell down, the accused Budu Malana pushed her down on the road and she fell down on the field. Budu malana assaulted her when her sister victim raised alarm and requested him to leave her, he did not leave her sister.

Victim  pelted stone to Budu Malana. He left her and caught hold victim lift her  into syphon and sexually assaulted her, when she requested him to leave her sister he did not leave her so she raised alarm and pelted stone on him. Budu Malana left victim and caught hold of her, assaulted her, causing bleeding injury she fell down on the road.

Budu Malana chased victim and he was not able to catch her returned to her and she started running. BuduMalana chased her and caught hold of her and took her away forcible into the syphon, where he committed sexually intercourse with her turning her shirt.

Budu Malana gave his T shirt to her and threatened to kill her father if she discloses the incident before her parents (!).She returned to house with her sister on the way victim fell down near the railway crossing where the railway guard and the Anganabadi worker sprinkled water on her.

They regain their sense and returned to their houses. After completion of investigation Charge sheet has been submitted against Budu Malana
