MURDER OF YOUNG MARRIED LADY; YOUTH ARRESTED BY BERHAMPUR POLICE

Berhampur,19/12/20: K.Nuagaon Police have arrested a youth for allegedly to robbery of gold ornaments and murder of a young married lady.
According to PK Mishra, ASP, Berhampur,while investigating relating to robbery of gold ornaments and murder of a young married lady Sujata Behera (22 yrs) w/o Kadar Behera of Govindpur in broad daylight on Monday (14.12.2020) by trespassing into the house of Dinabandhu Behera stealthy service of scientific team utilized physical clues collected from the spot inquest was held in presence of family members.
In presence of Executive Magistrate and other witness over the dead body of the police have organised for FMT and sent to MKCG- MCH , Berhampur for PM examination and the wearing apparel of the deceased were seized after examination.
In a success, Saturday at around 7AM K.Nuagaon police have arrested the accused who identified as Hemant Kumar Behera (22).After admitting his guilt of brutal attack and robbed gold ornaments along with the bloodstained wearing apparel of the accused are seized on leading to discovery basing on his confessional statement as per 27 i.e. Act under Videography.
The motive behind homicide is due to previous grudge arising out of missing of the sister of the accused and suspended involvement of the deceased. As ample of evidence is established basing on last seen theory, leading to discovery and seizure of incriminating article the accused shall be forwarded to the court today. he added.
Notably, in connection Pabitra Bhera family members of the lady lodged a complaint at K.Nuagaon Police.On the basis of which the accused was apprehended. Police have registered a case u/s.450/394/302 IPC and seized wearing apparel of deceased bloodstain shirt of accused and necklace i.e. (NANU) were seized on leading to discovery.Further investigation under process.
