LONG-TERM MEASURES TO CONTROL CORONA-LIKE DIESES IN FUTURE NECESSARY BY PROPAGATING ORDINANCE FOLLOWED BY URGENT LEGISLATION OF POPULATION-CONTROL-BILL

DELHI:It has been observed that main cause for corona-spread is over-congestion which is outcome of regular explosion of population-bomb in the country. Future such spread of viral diseases cannot be ruled out even if corona-vaccine may control covid-19 in time to come.
Even presently over-congested localities in metro cities like Dharvi in Mumbai witnessed breaking of lockdown norms during lockdown-period. Corona mainly spread in urban areas only because of congestion while rural areas were more or less unaffected. Even migrant labour having caused problem during lockdown was also a by-product of population-growth.
Need is for immediate propagating an ordinance to be followed by legislation of Population-Control-Bill whereby compulsory sterilization may be done at birth of second child of any of the parents. All government-facilities including reservation-benefits, freebies, subsidies etc, government-jobs and service-promotion may be auto-terminated on birth of third child in the family. Not only right to contest election, but even right to vote may be snatched on birth of third child in the family. However exemption may be there in case of certification of disability by a government-doctor of any of earlier two children. Ordinance can also provide having only one wife for a person like system exists even in Islamic countries. Such measures will effectively check dangerous trend of regularly disturbing demographic change in the country.
President Ramnath Kovind tweeted supporting population-control on 02.05.2020. A Congress member has moved Private-Member bill on the aspect in Rajya Sabha. Central government should also move Supreme Court to support a pending Public-Interest-Litigation on the subject-matter. Therefore there should be no hitch or problem in legislating Population-Control-Bill.
