EXCISE DESTROYED CANNABIS PROCUREMENT AT NUAGADA OF GAJAPATI

Mohana:Excise department of Gajapati rolled down at grassroots to squeeze under current procurement of cannabis plants. At Anugur of Tilikar village in Nuagada block of Gajapati in presence of Executive Magiatrate-cum-Addl. Tehsildar of Nuagada, Ashis Pradhan destroyed around 60.650 acres covered such plants. SI HK.Sethy with other staff of Excise department tamed such huge crops down to earth. IIC R.Udayagiri Mamta Nayak & Police staff were present.
About 120500 plants would have costed 12 Crs 50 lakhs.SP Excise Pradip Kumar Panigrahi sent a reminder with all preparation to block such under current red tapism in interior pockets.
This will just a begining we will reinforce more devilish way in coming days a statutory warning given by SP of Police Gajapati Tapan Kumar Patnaik.
A case registered against those miscreants.
