ONLINE VENDOR MEET ORGANIZED AT NTPC COAL MINING HEADQUARTERS

RANCHI:A vendor meet through Microsoft Team i.e online mode was organized today at NTPC Coal Mining Headquarters(CMHQ), Ranchi. The meet was organized by Shared Service –Coal Mining, Contract & Material in which participants, were Business Unit Heads of all Coal Mining Projects i.e (Pakri Barwadih, Dulanga,  Talaipalli, Keredari ),Heads of the Department of Contracts and Finance ,employees and vendors across different states took part in the meet.

Shri Suchibrata Mitra ,GM(SSC-C&M )welcomed the participants and vendors Later Shri Sariputta Mishra, Head of Mining, CMHQ inaugurated the vendor meet. Addressing the participants, Shri Mishra shared that Coal Mining Projects are expanding and scope of work shall increase with time, hence cooperation from vendors is required for timely execution of various work.

A presentation on recent development on e-procurement was made for appraising participants on the latest guidelines on procurement. Discussions on online vendor payment via NTPC Pradip Portal, online procurement through Government e-procurement and registration process were discussed at large. To make the meet more interactive, vendors have put up various queries and satisfactory replies were given.
