However, this is observed last couple of days the Service providers like BSNL,Private Internet Service,BeMC, South-Co, Cooking Gas suppliers, messenger of diffent government offices, Electric bill meter reader educational Institutions were moving DOOR–TO-DOOR with a note book and collecting Mamuli and referring the previous amount name of the persons in Berhampur Maghanagar (?).As a result the public utility services in city are completely collapsed even the scavengers also not discharging the cleanness of the city.

Ganjam district is rightly improving the top of COVID tally but people on doorstep for Mamuli were without masks (!).

It’s unbecoming of people asking Puja Mamuli which is a serious offence and that too under force (!).This has a major nuisance for everyone, the action can’t be ruled out (?). Action is highly essential to impose against the person found collecting Mamuli or Dada Vati during the Puja season.
