DREADED ANTISOCIAL & CRIMINAL DANDA ARRESTED BY BERHAMPUR POLICE

BERHAMPUR: Berhampur Police, and team were performing the series of anti social drive as per the order of Berhampur SP,Pinak Mishra.
Sunday, the Berhampur Police has been able to arrest an infamous most dreaded antisocial and criminal Danda Maharana(38) of Santi Nagar, Bila Sahi, Berhampur .
According to addl SP, Prabhat Routray, the accuse Danda Maharana is involved in more than 12 cases in different police stations and on verification of his previous criminal record, he was found involved in many cases of Murder, Attempt to murder ,Robbery ,Dacoity ,Preparation for commiting any nature of heinous crime,extortion, possession and use of illegal arms.
The source of procurement, he was possessing a pistol and was suspiciously moving in city in order to commit crime any day any time. Today the cops rushed to the spot and apprehended him.
On Sunday he was forwarded to the Hon’ble court in connection with Berhampur Town PS Case No.193 dtd.15.010.2020 u/s 399/402 IPC/R/w sec.27 Arms Act/ 4 Explosive Substance Act.
