ONE CORONA WARRIOR DR. PRIYA SHREE DIED BECAUSE OF CORONA IN ROURKELA

ROURKELA: One 29 years old young doctor Dr. Priya Shree who was dong DNB in Surgery in Ispat General Hospital (IGH) succumbed to death due to corona was given Guard of Honor as per the guidelines by the state Govt. near Vedvyas ghat in presence of top govt. officials of Rourkela. Dr. Priya Shree belongs to Nalanda District of Bihar was pursuing her DNB course in IGH and she was in second year of her higher studies. She was given charge of taking care of corona patients. A week back she was traced corona positive and was undergoing treatment In IGH after being stayed her residence in isolation for some days. Finding her health deteriorating day by day, she was then shifted to JP Hospital in Dandiapalli where she succumbed to death. As per her friends she was not given due treatment at IGH which had forced her health condition to deteriorate, they complained. Anyway, this is now confirmed that young doctors are pushed forward in corona ward which is not good. All her well wishers are now demanding a financial compensation to her family. She was initially rested her residence in isolation after detection of corona positive, perhaps the reason where she had developed more health complicacy. As she was quite young could have survived had she been given due treatment and attention. Her loss was a great loss to medical fraternity. Her family members had reached yesterday and today she was given last farewell at Vedvyas. Sarada Nayak, MLA, Rourkela was also present there in the guard of ceremony.
