BERHAMPUR–BROTHER & SISTER CRITICALY INJURED AFTER BEING ATTACKED (!).

BERHAMPUR: A lady and her Brother were criticaly injured on their left leg while at home here in Berhampur city at Laxmi Nursingha Street on Saturday around 9 AM.
On 17th morning some miscreants lead by one Pradeep Kumar Sahu attacked Ms.G.Sunita Patra(35) and her brother G.Kalia Patra while they at home in morning times. In between Santosh Patra husband of Ms.Sunita intervene the incident and the miscreants assaulted.
According to Mr Vishnu Pati, SDPO, (City) as we noticed in time but the victim family were reluctant to logged the FIR at Bada Bazar Police station.
But, when the issue spread in the city, by getting the instruction of the SP, Berhampur Mr Pinak Mishra the Police team were deputed to the house of victim family. The left leg of Ms.Kavita and her Brother G Kalia was severely injured. Police took them to MKCG-MCH Hospital for treatment.
Injured Ms.G Sunita told a group of goon lead by Pradeep Sahu suddenly entered to our house and without any dialogue they attacked with sharp weapons to me and to my Brother (?).They also shown a Mouser and created panic among our family.
Speaking to SDPO,, Mr.Pati,and he said, the exact cause of the incident is yet to be ascertained, we have registered a case under section 209/307/326 and 25/27 Arms act in the matter.
The main mastermind Pradeep last two months back was released from Berhampur Jail and we found there are many pending cases against him. Police have named as “MOST WANTED” to accuse Pradeep Kumar Sahu. Details can be available once Pradeep arrested. Our Police team seriously in search. He further added.
