NOKIA TV FRAUD:SCRIBE WENT TO POLICE AGIANST FLIPKART (?).

BERHAMPUR: Today was the result, when corporations become greedy and started to fleece customers. Something sale today was the worst piece of business Flipkart have done and proven their brand as well goodwill. The way the online shopping has changed dramatically in the last few years. Today, almost everyone loves shopping through online, because of the ease and convenience it offers and a large range of offers and discounts. Even people from tier II and tier III cities, have started shopping online. Online shopping allows you to buy whatever you want at the click of a button.
Unfortunately, not everyone is happy with the products received The online shoppers faced challenges like fake products,product return, lost products, shipping issues, miscalculated duties and so on. Many customers were even cheated by sellers.
In Berhampur city Mr Chiranjeet Rajguru one of the noted Advocate as well a senior Journalist order for a NOKIA 55” TV set through Flipkart Marketing agency by paying Rs.42,000/-.on.28th Sept, 2020.Soon after the payment the Company has given a SMS confirmation message to his mobile that people will visit as per your address for installation within 24 Hrs of Delivery of the TV set accordingly the Set was delivered in time in his address at Berhampur as promised.
On very next day two guys named as Abdul and Sibaraam identified them as technical person on behalf of the company and told to Mr Rajguru for installation.
But it’s a eyebrow surprise when the technical guys opened the packed Box and found only the a fake TV cabinet without any component and screen (!).
Immediately the technical staff interacted with the Executive of the Company and appraised the factual. Even the victim also spoke and express his mental agony.
Again on 7th Oct, the Victim customer received a call from Nokia and as they said, we are sorry sending you a another set as per your order. But in the same evening Mr Rajguru received a call from Bhubaneswar Office though the name is not known but the telephone call from 7008278701.The other hand executive behaved him rudely, assaulted with non-quoted languages.
Finally said we can’t sale any TV to you. When the Victim asked for return of Fund which already been paid, he said this will take some time (!). But here is a issue Why not Instant ONLINE (?).
Today the Victim compels to file a FIR at BN Pur Police station against the company with a appeal for justice and action against the Company.
Allegations against Flipkart saying it’s selling fake products. there were even some cases where customers have received empty TV Cabinet without any component.
