BARSHA SLAPS ANUBHAV MOHANTY IN DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CASE (!)

BHUBANESWAR:Ollywood actress Barsha Priyadarshini has moved court against husband and Kendrapara MP Anubhav Mohanty alleging domestic violence.
Barsha has filed the case under the ‘Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act’ in the court of Cuttack SDJM. The court will hear the case on September 7.
The case was filed against the actor-politician under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act for allegedly assaulting and harassing Barsha.
The Ollywood actress in her petition has appealed to the court seeking maintenance from Anubhav. She alleged that Anubhav is a habitual drunkard and often drinks with his friends at home.
Barsha alleged that whenever she tried to prevent Anubhav from drinking, he would get violent and physically assault her. She even alleged that Anubhav had the time and again tried to throw her out of the house.
The Ollywood actress had even alleged in her petition that Anubhav has extramarital affairs with multiple women from the Odia film industry.
On the other hand, the Kendrapara MP has said that he is yet to receive any legal notice from the court on the matter. He said let’s wait and watch and everything will be clear soon.
The official website of the District Courts said the first hearing of the case is scheduled to be held on September 7.
