FORMER ODISHA POLICE DG SN TIWARI PASSES AWAY

Bhubaneswar:Former Director General of Police SN Tiwari breathed his last today at a private hospital in the State capital on Wednesday. He was 81.According to sources, the former DG was battling from cancer for the past few years. However, he succumbed today.

Late Tiwari,passed from Allahabad University, Tiwari joined IPS in 1965 and served various positions in the State Police.He had served as the DIG of Central Range, Director Intelligence, Director (Directorate of Prison) and DG of Odisha Police.
