CALL CENTRE INAUGURATED IN SUNDERGARH UNDER ‘MO SARKAR’

ROURKELA:Sundergarh collector, Nikhil Paban Kalyan has inaugurated one call centre in Sundergarh Collector office to facilitate the need of the beneficiary under different Govt. schemes in the district.
This will enable the beneficiary to contact directly with the office without any hitch and can resolve their issues and to know different Govt. schemes for them and also will get know if any scheme is there whether it has been delivered to them or not. If it is not facilitated then they can lodge a complaint with the office through this call centre.
To have good governance this facility has been extended which is being sponsored by different mineral companies in Sundergarh district. This call centre will be the point contact where all the Govt. officers who are entrusted by the state Govt. to look at all the schemes and to supervise the easy distribution will be answerable for the mismanagement. With this call centre govt. will take suggestion from the beneficiaries about how to develop and to take steps to make it user friendly.
This will also enable the officers at the collector office to contact with field staffs on field and guide them in time of the need. With this process beneficiary can lodge complaint through messages, voice messages and through e-mail. It will be more helpful to track the pregnant ladies who are enrolled with the scheme and can be monitored whether all benefits are paid or not and to track their health condition. This is one of the milestones towards good governance and it is yet to see how it is going to produce result with time.
