Udaipur, September2026:CavinKare, in association with the Madras Management Association (MMA), honoured India’s promising innovators and emerging idea-makers at the 15thedition of the ChinniKrishnan Innovation Awards 2026, held at the IIT Madras Research Park Auditorium, Chennai. The ceremony was graced by Mr. Kamal Bali, President & Managing Director, Volvo Group India, as the Chief Guest, along with key industry figures and dignitaries in attendance.

This year, the Awards also recognised the 10 entries in the Great Ideas Category, further reinforcing its position as one of the country’s most coveted recognitions for Great Ideas and Innovation. The category recognized promising ideas at an early stage for their originality, problem-solving potential and relevance.

The awards received 850-plus nominations from across India, reflecting the growing interest in innovation-led entrepreneurship. The Innovation category was evaluated on uniqueness, problem-solving potential, feasibility, scalability, social impact and sustainability by a distinguished national jury comprising:

The Great Ideas entries were assessed for originality, relevance of the problem and potential to evolve into meaningful solutions.

The 15thedition recognizedthree breakthrough venturesunder the Innovation category, along with one Special Jury Award and ten promising ideas under the Great Ideas category. Each Innovation category winner received  Rs.1 lakh, a trophy and a citation, along with access to CavinKare’s expertise across marketing, finance, design, packaging, R&D and human resources, while the Special Jury Award winner received Rs.50,000.

The ten Great Ideas winners were each awarded Rs.10,000, recognizing original concepts that demonstrate strong thinking and future potential.

The support extended to the Innovation category winners is aimed at helping them strengthen their capabilities, scale their innovations and translate their ideas into greater real-world impact.
