India Successfully Test-fires Medium-range Agni-4 Ballistic Missile From Chandipur,Odisha

BALASORE,(06/0826):India on Thursday successfully test-fired the medium-range ballistic missile Agni-4 from the Integrated Test Range (ITR) at Chandipur in Odisha’s Balasore district, marking another milestone in the country’s strategic defence capabilities.
The launch was carried out under the aegis of the Strategic Forces Command and successfully validated all operational and technical parameters, the Ministry of Defence said.
Developed by the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Agni-4 is a two-stage, solid-fuel ballistic missile with a strike range of around 4,000 kilometres. It is designed
Agni-4 is the fourth missile in India’s Agni series. Since its maiden test in 2010, the missile has undergone at least nine successful flight tests, demonstrating its operational reliability and technological maturity.
