Paralakhemundi:2-day sensitization program for non cadre Public Prosecuters organized.On his inaugural address District Sessions Judge Jagadish Prasad Mohanty focussed on justice to be given to poverty circle who should not be isolated.Law is valid to bring equality irrespective of rich & poor.
As guest of honor SP Gajapati Prahllad Sahay Meena IPS,complimented all Prosecuters & advised to be proactive on their role.
Among others ADM Phalguni Majhi, Excise Superintendent Pradip Kumar Sahu,Deputy Director of Prosecutions Ajit Kumar,Patnaik,Asst Director of Prosecutions D.Anupraj Achary,former Public Prosecuter Rajendra Prasad Sahu also addressed their views.Among others Hirachand Patnaik & Dr. Santanu Kumar Padhi also traced on technical legal input & priorities on medical evidence respectively.
Program facilitated by Public Prosecutor Gourahari Karsudha Patnaik & inaugural address given by in charge Public Prosecuter Rajesh Kumar Mishra.Based on Indian Penal Code, with abruption of old criminal law framed during British regime to make more imperative & informative this induction training program conducted.
