Berhampur, like previous years this year a event management organisation going to start a Trade fare at UCP Engineering School play ground on 25th june Thursday .
In connection the organisation invited a press meet on wednesdayat evening hours, Mr. Sujit Gupta, managing director of Gupta Event management and Mr. Biravadra Singh chaired in press meet.
While addressing to scribe, Mr.Sujit Gupta said that we are continuously conducting this trade fare last three years in your city and at Bhubaneswar, odishasState Capital. our past experience speaking, we have gained good response from Berhampur and Bhubaneswar as well. Many high profile dignitaries’, bureaucrats, they have highly appreciate our concept of” International branded products displayed around 300 stalls in our fare.
We being professional event organisation we have planned for next fare at Rourkela and Sambalpur
The fair features over 100,000 national and international products from 20 states and 10 countries, including handloom sarees, Kashmiri kurtis, handcrafted decor, antique sculptures, designer handbags, and more.
This year we are covering the entire e exhibition area completely air conditioning and .arranges four separate parking zone Gupta said.
Further he cited the international products are lke; Saree, Garments, Bangladesh,, Furnitures attractive decorative from Kashmir, 100 types of dry fruits from Afghanistan. Varity decorative products, interior design items from Korea, electrical decorative, Interior , Stones, Silver,Gold.Stone products .Handloom ,Herbal products, ladies garments,Cosmtic etc. from Thailand, Dubai, Parish ,Singapore .
He highlighted mainly Food Park.
But Gupta didn’t cited anything regarding MSME Products for which Double Engine government giving top priority.(?). called “Atma Nrvar Bharat”
Attending Media doubts they have obtained all clearance from line of Department, especially IMD Forcast, Pollution control Board which is highly essential.
Factually any fare or utsova means the basic requirements are; to apply for permission through “SUJG Portal/ clearance from fire safety, food licence, trade licence for individual stall, Sanitation department, Berhampur Municipal Corporation, mobile urine-Toilet man and ladies crowd management, private Security, Fire permission. Tata Power Permission.LocalPolice permission, Traffic Permission.BEMC Clearance, Sub – Collector for Sound system, Natural Calamities control and disaster management control board, Ganjam, Electrical Inspector intelligence wing Dist police permission.
Food Vendor Licenses (FSSAI): If you have food stalls operating at the trade fair, ensure they have temporary FSSAI food safety registrations.
Commercial permission from the District Collector
PRS/PPL License music, host live bands, or run cultural shows, must obtain a public performance license from the Performing Rights Society (PRS) and Phonographic Performance act, Only to obtain from Collector afer producing the all line department permission, Tax deposit receipt with attested Copies.
Before operational the concern organization to get the Final Permission from Dist.Collector otherwise any sensitive citizen can Challenge as per the Citizen Charter guidelines
