Joint Public Grievance Hearing Camp Held at Zilla Parishad Conference Hall, Jajpur

JAJPUR : A Joint Public Grievance Hearing Camp organized by the Jajpur district administration was held at the Zilla Parishad Conference Hall, Jajpur. District Collector Shri Ambar Kumar Kar attended the camp and heard various grievances and complaints from the public.
The Collector stated that departmental officers would examine the complaints and suitable action would be taken to resolve the issues of eligible applicants as far as possible.
A total of 311 complaints were registered during the hearing camp. Out of these, 255 were related to individual grievances, 6 to group issues, 46 applications sought assistance from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund, and 4 applications were related to the Red Cross Fund. Immediate disposal was made in 116 cases.
The camp was attended by Jajpur Superintendent of Police Shri Yashpratap Shrimall, Chief Development Officer-cum-Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad Shri Debi Prasad Mohanty, Sub-Collector Shri Tapas Ranjan Dehury, Jajpur BDO Shri Brahmananda Behera, Tahasildar Shri Rabinarayan Padhi, along with district-level, regional and block-level officials, who participated in hearing and addressing public grievances
