Good infrastructure a testing ground for sportspersons: Minister

Jajpur; The long-standing dream of the residents of Jajpur district to build a magnificent stadium in Byasnagar is about to come true.

The Chief Guest, Minister for Sports, Youth Welfare, Higher Education, Odia Language, Literature and Culture, Suryavanshi Suraj,

The foundation stone for the construction of a state-of-the-art stadium here at a cost of Rs 33 crore was laid on Tuesday . 

Minister said that there are many hidden sports talents in the rural areas. Good sports infrastructure is being established near them and laboratories are being built for the sportsmen. They are being provided with good sports .

The state government has allocated Rs 4200 crore for the construction of stadiums in 314 blocks. Minister  said that along with the construction of a magnificent stadium here, a stadium will also be built in Kore Asangadia. MLA Akash Das Nayak presided over the meeting and said that the cooperation of the city residents in the journey of development is unforgettable.

This great gift for the city residents will create many opportunities for the coming generations and will generate crores of rupees in expenditure. Guest
