Dharmasala MLA distributes three-wheel e-scooters to divyangs’ on his birthday

Dharmasala MLA Himanshu Sekhar Sahu celebrated his birthday on April 18, 2026, by distributing three-wheel electric scooters to 37 differently-abled (divyang) persons from various panchayats in his constituency.
The initiative aimed to enhance the mobility and independence of beneficiaries, replacing traditional birthday celebrations with a community service gesture.
Many Ministers and legislators have extended birthday greetings to MLA Himanshu Shekhar Sahu on their social media platforms.
The MLA’s mother, social worker Minati Sahu, along with other women and male volunteers, visited the old age home in Chhatia to distribute food and clothing.
Thousands of well-wishers and workers brought the MLA to the BJP office at Jaraka from Chandikhole in a massive procession.
Youth leaders Rajesh Kumar Pal, Jitendra Raut, Shrivachha Dhir, Debadatta Panda, Abhishek Rout, Tapan Mahunta, Chandramani Pandit, Upendra Kar, Pradeep Parida, Sudam Behera, Sabyasachi Sundararay, Tusar Ray,Bichitra Kumar Swain, Gautam Sahu and Aswani Kumar Sahoo oversaw the arrangements to celebrate the birthday of the MLA in a unique manner.
