Off Session Gambling Detected by Berhampur Bada-Bazar, Police, Eleven Detained, including five Women (!).

Berhampur,(25/03/26):In a significant crackdown on illegal gambling activities in Berhampur, Odisha, police have Wednesday made multiple arrests, including a specific operation where 11 (05 women and 06men) apprehended.
As per source, Based on reliable information Berhampur Bada Bazar Police station Inspector-in- charge Mr.Asish Swain conducted the raid on a gambling den in the Ganesh Nagar area in Berhampur on Wednesday peak hours and arrested 11 persons tactfully.
In this connection, Police also seized cash amount of Rs.17,235/- along with ,Motor Cycle – 5,Mobile Phone – 7,Playing Card – 2.
