Berhampur ,(23/01/26): Friday Berhampur Gosaninuagaon Police team seized a DJ vehicle which is modified illegally causing noise pollution and road blockage.

These modifications not only breach safety norms under AIS-008 and AIS-052 but also pose serious risks to public safety.
he circular mandates immediate action under Sections 190(2), 182A(4), and 56(4) of the MV Act, including cancellation of Fitness Certificates and seizure of non-compliant vehicles. Enforcement officers are instructed to document violations with photo and video evidence, especially during festivals and night operations.
