Crime not a Continues Process;Baidyanathpur Police arrested three Antisocial in attempt to murder case (!).

Berhampur,(16/01/2026): While the crime figure decreasing towards down to earth suddenly a crocodile face shows up.  The criminals suddenly spreading like ringworm in Berhampur city (!).

On 15.01.2026 at 11:15 AM Smt. Tulasi Mukhi(28), w/o-Amit Mukhi of Dhanamera Sahi reported that few antisocials attacked her husband  reason may be personal rivalry using swords with murderous intention,

The Police Officer-in-Charge listen minutely all about the case history from the lady complainant   received in written and the case was registered good for investigation.

 Field staff team were started probe of the case as well   investigated into.

Police registered the FIR under section.109/117(2)/118(2)/ 111/3(5) BNS r/w Sec.25/27 Arms Act.on same date

During investigation it came to light that the injured Amit Mukhi formed a gang in the Dhanamera Sahi and tried to dominate the street people.

This was not digested by group of accused persons Vicky Nayak, Saroj Nayak and Naresh Nanda, due which their relation is not pulling well and they searched for opportunity to take revenge with each other.

The veteran accused persons namely Bhaskar Nayak @ Ajaya, Bikash Nayak, Rohana Nayak along with the above noted accused persons conspired a plan to murder Amit Mukhi.

Following in to investigation  the strength  of the case further detected on same day, while injured Amit Mukhi went to New bus stand accused persons followed him with the scooter. Seeing Amit Mukhi alone at Kargil ground near New Bus stand they went to Kargil ground.

Seeing them Amit Mukhi tried to bring his sword kept inside his scooter dickey.

 Accused persons managed to overpower and attacked him and assaulted him using sword and brutally attacked both the hands and legs of Amit Mukhi and left the spot and concealed the sword inside M.K.C.G, MCH, Medical ground.

 While we asked to know more about the accuse chats; they were :

1. Naresh Nanda-Age-25 Yrs @ Benga,  S/o-Late Rabi Nanda of Dhanamera Sahi, Berhampur, PS-Bada Bazar.

2. Saroj Nayak, Age-27 Yrs, @ Sipu S/o-Late Ghanasyama Nayak of Dhanamera Sahi, Berhampur, PS-Bada Bazar,

3. Vicky Nayak, Age-29 Yrs , S/o-Chenga        Nayak of Dhanamera Sahi, Berhampur, PS-Bada Bazar,

After completion of full investigation back o police station with full hands with seizure of;

1. One sword

2. One blue colour scooter,

3. Another scooter with a sword in the Dickey.
