State level Gambling Match busted in Digapahandi, Berhampur Police district, Twenty-six arrested.

Berhampur,(11/01): On Sunday Digapahandi police under Berhampur police district busted a large Scale gambling busted at near village Karapada under Digapahandi Police Station in a bushy jungle and arrested twenty six members team, probably for the first time the surprise raid was conducted by the police Stations on the gambling den and they do not have updates what are other things happenings under their police limit(?).
According to source, some aggrieved villagers informed to Superintendent of Police, Berhampur, that, with the help of one police of Digapahandi police station that is cooperating the gamblers
The prompt action being conducted by the strict instruction of Superintendent of Police, Berhampur, Dr, Sarvana Vivek,M. the Digapahandi Police came in to action mood and conducted the raid ..
.They further demanded to the authority to stop further, matter may please be enquired and against the guilty Cop.
Authority promised appropriate enquiry will be done strong action will be taken against the alleged person .

Notably after the end of present crop the villagers/farmers loves to play card which they granted for their entertainment especially in Ganjam district. .of course the players do not any idea what is called OPG act (?)
The incriminating articles were seized from their right possession.
1. Cash Rs. 9,24,000/- (Nine Lakh twenty-four thousand),
2. 32 mobile phones.
3. 18 packets playing cards.
4. 12 motor cycles.
5. One white colour ertiga car.
As prima facie evidence U/s: 191 (2)/191(3)/221/126(2)/115(2) /132/125/109/112(2)/190 BNS Rw sec: 03 OPG Act well established against the accused persons as noted above. Hence, they were arrested and forwarded to the Hon’ble Court
