Forest Range Officer Under Odisha Vigilance Scanner, Raids On At 9 Places
Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Vigilance sleuths on Friday began raids on properties linked to Antaryami Sahu, Forest Range Officer of Kashipur Forest Range under Rayagada Forest Division in Rayagada district on allegation of possessing assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.
Simultaneous searches are underway at nine places in Kandhamal, Ganjam, Nayagarh, and Rayagada districts on the strength of search warrants issued by Special Judge, Vigilance, Jeypore.
The raids are being conducted at these following places:
1. Building in the name of Sahu’s wife at Baliguda in Kandhamal district.
2. Another building at Baliguda in Kandhamal.
3. House of his in-law at Karadapada village in Nayagarh.
4. Another building at Sriniketan in Kandhamal.
5. A building at Daringbadi in Kandhamal.
6. Another building at Jogiapalli under Kukudakhandi tehsil in Ganjam.
7. House of his cousin at Vill-Domuhani in Ganjam.
8. Office chamber of Sahu at Kashipur in Raygada.
9. Residential government quarters near Forest Range Office at Kashipur in Raygada.
