ANOTHER 7 CORONA POSITIVE CASE IN SUNDERGARH; ADMINISTRATION IS UNDER PRESSURE

ROURKELA:The corona situation is aggravating in Rourkela which is alarming for the administration.Yesterday 7 new corona positive patients detected. Till now there are 23 corona positive cases so far from only 2 patients two months back.  In a time gap, Sundergarh is having a corona patient which is not a good sign. Administration has thrown all possible effort to contain this virus but it seems as if corona is challenging the effort administration is putting in. After getting few more corona patient in the past, local administration has increased the period of the containment zone as well as new strategy been adopted. Markets in buffer zone has been shifted to Uditnagar parade ground, hence, the people living in containment zone and nearby area is facing problem to have essential items. Now the biggest threat is the migrants who are coming to districts. It has already proven that whosever came from outside state many of them were found positive and the migrants will be reaching today or tomorrow. The Rourkela Municipal Corporation has taken all precautions to counter these issues.

 They have prepared Temporary Medical Centre in Biju Patnaik Technical University premises where all who are coming from outside state will first reach TMC and then proper medical check-up will be conducted and afterwards, decision will be taken to send them for quarantine centre in different areas. Till now RMC has prepared TMCs and is preparing to have few more and nothing to be panic said by Collector,Nikhil Pawan kalyan.
