Women Empowerment Awareness Campaign Held at Rayagada

Rayagada (Badal Tah): Dhivritti Technologies Pvt Ltd, in collaboration with the Consumer Welfare and Legal Compliance Commission(CWLCC), Govt of India, organized the “Shakti se Samman” program focusing on women’s empowerment at  Block Office, Rayagada. State Director Mrs. Nelema R.Patra, thought leaders and local stakeholders graced the event to celebrate and strengthen the role of women in shaping a progressive society.
 
The program started with an inaugural ceremony of lighting the lamp by State Director CWLCC. Nelema R.Patra  & the dignitaries namely BidulataHuika, State Convenor State Adivasi Mancha, Tuni Huika, Block Chairperson, Rayagada, Hara Prasad Hapruka, Vice Chairperson, Rayagada Block, Sujit Kumar Mishra, BDO, Rayagada, N. R. M. Naidu – Chief Technology Officer Dhivritti Technologies Pvt Ltd.,Dr. VL Raju – Rtd. ADMO, Pramod Kumar Nayak – Dist. Consultant, CTWWC, Rabi Narayan Sathpathy – Advocate and Freelance Trainer followed by an opening song by Gayatri & Team. The theme of the program revolved around Economic Empowerment, Health & Social Empowerment, Skilling, Capacity building and Political Empowerment of women.
 
In his keynote address, N. R. M. Naidu highlighted Dhivritti’s commitment to Empowering Women and Communities by offering free advanced computer training programs. He emphasized how these initiatives not only build digital skills but also create pathways to job opportunities and entrepreneurship, ensuring that women and youth from underrepresented backgrounds can actively participate in the evolving digital economy.
 
Bidulata Huika vividly spoke about the empowered tribal women in the present context and space where state and society’s support needed to strengthen the tribal women. The program featured insightful addresses by all other dignitaries present, each contributing their unique perspective on women empowerment. Topics covered included education and skill development, entrepreneurship opportunities, women’s health and well-being, financial literacy, and leadership in community development. Their collective voices reinforced the central message of “Shakti se Samman”—that empowering women at the grassroots is key to building a stronger and more inclusive society.
 
Director along with other dignitaries felicitated Gouri Ratnalu, AWW for best social work & Sanjukta Sarka as Best Entrepreneur.
 
State Director Neelima ensured that every participant had the opportunity to share their views and experiences. This inclusive approach not only enriched the discussions but also made the event highly participatory, reflecting the true spirit of “Shakti se Samman”. The program culminated with a vote of thanks by Kailash Chandra Palo, a renowned senior social worker of the district.
