Gold price hits record high in India; breaches Rs 1 Lakh/10 grams

New Delhi : Gold prices crossed the Rs 1 lakh mark, amid an over 20% rally in the precious metal in just four months of 2025.The price of 24-carat gold (10 grams) on Wednesday is now Rs 1,01,360 and 22-carat gold (10 grams) is Rs 92,910. Yesterday, the 24-carat gold was priced at Rs 1,01,180, while 22-carat gold was priced at Rs 90,910.
In the national capital New Delhi, the gold rate for 24 carat (10 grams) is Rs 96,560 while 22 carat (10 grams) is Rs 90,810.
Similarly, the gold price in Chennai for 24 carat is Rs 1,01,360, while the 22-carat is Rs 90,310.
The rate of gold for 24 carat in Kolkata is Rs 1,01,110, while 22 carats is Rs 90,460.
On the other hand, the price of 24-carat gold in Mumbai is Rs 1,01,210, while 22-carat gold is Rs 92,910. At the same time, the gold price of 24-carat gold (10 grams) and 22-carat gold (10 grams) in Bhubaneswar has suddenly increased to Rs 1,01,360 and Rs 92,910, respectively.
